★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly individuals. I ordered Olympic plates (4x45s, 2x35s and 2x25s) all BRAND NEW. The young employees helped load my car as well! They were so nice and I'm so happy they helped.
AND ON TOP OF EVERYTHING we saved $100 on a large purchase through the rewards program.
Great store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everybody was incredibly friendly and nice, they helped me carry everything to my car and were happy to just talk. If you appreciate quality service and a friendly environment this is the place to go.
As for equipment they had everything I needed and during covid that's hard to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff. Bought some 45lb weight plates and it turns out they were smaller and weighed about 2 pounds less than stated. Wasn't able to return them as they have a no refund on weights policy. The other size weight plates seem alright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time buying skates and the staff were unfriendly, unapproachable, not attentive, and mostly conversing among themselves. Customer service was very poor and I would not go back to this store. When i asked something, it felt like I was asking for too much. Maybe his tone is always like that but man if you are working at a store... representing a company... you gotta do better job than that. (Feb 28, 2021 around 11:45am ish )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pair of hockey pants through their website. They were quick to respond and very fast to ship the item to me! It shipped on a Monday and got to me on the Thursday. Really great communication. The only reason my rating isn't 5 stars is because there were a couple things not shown in the photos that I would have liked to know about. Still, I got a screaming deal and will likely order from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees were helpful without being pushy or whatever you want to call it. The selection of cleats in my kids size could have been better but I'm sure that's the nature of the pre-owned sporting goods business. Prices seemed fair. Will go again if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to look at some Driver options and quickly realized they are priced higher than play it again south in Winnipeg. Now I don’t normally write reviews but the prices were verging on extreme for some well used 3-5 year old clubs. When compared to golf avenue for a callaway rogue in what Golf avenue would consider fair condition which will have sky marks or considerable wear on the sole of the club the wanted $329 where that club would be $249.
I made one trip to check it out and won’t be back at least for golf equipment. Some decent skate prices though.
