The other one was quite pleasant, and I was lucky to stumble across my size boot right when checking out.

Good place to get gently used or new stuff for the ever changing sizes and requirements for most of the sports. The staff is friendly. They do know things about the different sport requirements and fittings. Just wish the staff knew better on how to sharpen stakes for figure skating.
n	nirav parikh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought kids skate via trade in its turns out to be too tight for my kid because their staff recommended wrong size to begin with,worn 2-3 time & just wanted to return as dss. They not only have guts to refuse because its older then 7 days , but not even gave store trade credit claiming it stitch from back is slightly coming off ( that's how they sold us originally because it's used skate)in frustration I left the skate on counter wasted $39.99 down the drain..such a poor experience rather then helping regular client with apologies & goodwill they kept skate with smile with no refund. Be careful may be you will be next to buy same one with new tag...May be I am just a number for them not a client ..because this place has no "customer service" in their book..surely they lost me for life as client , would never visit them again. Such a shocking experience. God bless them!

I was helped out by a young woman who was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. She even helped bring out some heavy plates to my car, which was awesome. ? This is a great local place to grab your sporting gear. Will be shopping here again in the future.

Thanks Sam for being very reasonable with trading in all the hockey, lacrosse and baseball gear my son had grown out of. We used the trade in money for new stuff that we purchased at Play It Again. The staff at Play It Again on Main Street in Brampton are very friendly. Check out all the great previously enjoyed gear along with all the new items they sell.
