★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only is Tim a great trainer, but he also understands the struggles of mental health. He motivates me to keep going even when I don't think I can do anymore , and he does this in a way that is fun and encouraging. Would highly recommend!!

Tim is an amazing trainer and and amazing person, not only does he push you and motivates you he also has fun doing it and I haven't seen a lot of personal trainers who have been that involved. Group sessions and 1 on 1 sessions whatever you want to work on he will help you get stronger in that. Thank you Tim I appreciate the help, motivation and the time you put in to make myself better.
