It's a great environment because it's not intimidating - everyones just there to work. I live out of town but I try and make it to Platoon once a week because it's just that good.
M	Matthew Harding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I go to the gym my primary objective is to lift weights and get my heart rate up until I'm sweating buckets. Platoon FX provides this. In addition, Neil provides his experience, and expertise during my time at the gym (in a group setting) to enable me to lift correctly, and safely. This gym has great community. All the new and old regulars are all very friendly and helpful. I consider them my gym friends and enjoy seeing them every day. This gym does not have Weight Machines, but it does have Weights, Rowers, Bikes, and most of all... a trainer willing to show you how to use it all properly. It works. Platoon FX has no TV's. But it does have a really friendly golden lab named Charlie, which is better IMO. If you show-up for a lunch hour workout during the week. I'll be there to say hi and give you a spot if you need one.

Always with a smile and his iconic laugh, his patience encourages and allows people to learn at their own pace. I especially enjoy the birthday workouts.... "We don't use machines, we build them!" comes to life when flipping tires, doing burpees or hanging from the bars! The camaraderie in the group setting keeps me motivated, driven and always striving for my personal best. Counting reps on a machine? No, thanks! A mention to all the other trainers over the years at Platoon who have helped along my fitness journey to gain the physical strength, knowledge, motivation and perseverance. I'm in the best shape of my life! Love for Charlie always appreciated. :-)

He is always motivating me and pushing me further than I ever thought I could go. The gyms itself is always clean, and such a fun, pleasant environment. I encourage everyone I know to go to his gym
