So amazing I feel like I’ve made a new friend haha! Definitely recommend Sarah as your piercer

They are rude and talk to paying customers as if there money is worthless and no good. Asking someone to wait a whole week in order to rectify your employees mistake, that works for your establishment is so unprofessional. This is not how you handle a paying customers genuine concerns. I highly do not recommend Platinum Piercings, don’t waste your time or money on this dump.

M	Marion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. Got my ear done here and it was infected for a while because it was too much stress on my ear. Three new piercings in 1 session. I've been trying to come back for literally 2 years to speak with the piercer but they're either closed every time or the piercer is not there. Ridiculous, save your time and your money.

When they finally responded back to her they were highly unprofessionally. Asking her to wait till Friday because the piercer only works three days a week which resulted with my friend going else where to get it fixed. Disregarded the urgency of the situation. As for the owner. Speechless on how he handled the situation. Mention that it was ONLY 50 dollars as if it’s Pennie’s and again disregarding the urgency of the situation. With situations like this refunds should most defiantly be given. I mean it’s ONLY 50$ right? ?
