The cleanliness was great - additional stuff was needed which i requested and they provided right away, would love to stay again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! We didn’t receive any check in instructions. Arrived around 11pm after hours of travelling, couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Finally someone sent us a text with the information. Once we got into the condo it was absolutely unsanitary. The sheets were dirty, couches stained, very poorly equipped with kitchen iteams. The sheets had hair and stains on them, we left that night and went to a hotel. It’s one thing to be all worn but A totally different story to have a dirty place, specially during Covid. I had phoned and text the number multiple times to talk to the person responsible, he didn’t even bother to contact us back. Had to spend hours on the phone with the supplier to get a refund. Stay in a clean hotel for the rest of our trip. DO NOT TRUST THIS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a specific room, because it had 2 bathrooms, a dining room table, and a washer / dryer. My reservation was for 2 weeks.
The day of my arrival I got a check in email that said we had been "upgraded" to a room on a higher floor with a great view. Sounds great. However, when we arrived this apartment did not appear like an upgrade at all. It was smaller, had no dining room table, and only one bathroom. It also looked to be less nice than any of the photos of available apartments on the website. I called the number which did not answer and asked me to text instead. I called more times and eventually got a hold of the owner. He said that the location I rented was not available and this was a highly sought after spot. I could not find it advertised on their website at all... So unclear who is seeking it. I believe this was a bait and switch maneuver and a scam.
The apartment had very limited kitchen amenities. No baking tray, no frying pan, very dull knives, etc.
The water backed up in the bathroom sink.
The key we were given did not work in the gym (despite the gym being advertised by PlanUrStay). I called them and asked them to fix this. They said they would but never called back.
In summary, the apartments are not as nice as advertised, you may not get the location you reserved, and their customer support is non existent. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it.
