s	shovel denis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately with the covid excuse most places use that excuse to cut down on services. Found dirty dishes in the cupboard among other things. There are other properties that still give great service. Unfortunately Nova in Peace River doesn't seem to.

D	Doris Best on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staff was not dressed appropriately, sweat pants, low top with a lot of exposure, our room had blood on the curtains, our bathroom had 4 light fixtures with only 2 bulbs which we were told by front desk that with 4 bulbs it would over heat the room, the light fixtures were also filled with dead moths, the whole room had alot of dust, my niece has allergies, which made her sneeze alot so we had to leave, confronted front desk about our issues, she wasn’t taking us seriously, like she didn’t care or concerned, voices were raised due to the frustration and all she could do is threaten me with calling the police, so I went upstairs to pack my belongings and got in the elevator, pushed the button, it started buzzing, the door wouldn’t close all the way and we had a hard time trying to manoeuvre the door open, we finally got it to open, the elevator wouldn’t work so we had to go do 4 flights of stairs with all our luggage with a sister that has a hard time with stairs due to health reasons. I will never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
L	Larry the Bird on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could post a negative rating... the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, the room was worse. They don't have built in AC so they have portable AC units. They are loud and the exhaust pipe kept falling off, filling the room with hot air. Luckily I had tape in my truck. The room was very warm and it looked like they just turned on the AC unit before I arrive at 9pm. I complained at the front desk but the hotel was full. Room didn't cool down till about 2am. I had a hard time falling asleep due to the loud AC unit but I couldn't shut it off as the room was so hot. Woke up at 5am and checked out by 6:10am. They already ran out of most breakfast items by then. I had worked to do in peace river then i had to drive to grande prairie. I was so tired I had to pull over and have nap. I was getting sleepy while driving and was very concerned about falling asleep.
S	Sydney Lucas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was dirty! The smell in the room was awful, the window was wide open on Arival, clearly the staff tried to "air it out". If the room smells this bad, it should not be available for someone to pay money to stay in. The carpet was dirty, and cabits were full of dust. Scuffs all over the walls, and the elevator looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a hot minute. Just a bit concerning during a pandemic. Will not be back and would not recommend this place to anyone!

I would get back from work in the evening and people would always be waiting in the lobby because the room they had checked into was dirty. Most other hotels in peace are a better option.
