About Planned Perfectly
Planned Perfectly was started in 2006 by Kylee Houlahan. We have grown and evolved over the years to offer more services, larger inventory, grander ideas and executions than we ever thought possible.
The company originally started in Kylee’s basement growing into our now large warehouse home of 12+ years. What was once a few weddings the first summer has expanded to well over 200 events each year. We are happy to serve intimate gatherings for few people all the way up to the largest gala’s for thousands of attendees with the same dedication, services and outcome. Planned Perfectly has brought us the ability to meet and connect with countless couples, companies, and people and make their visions come to life. We are committed to staying on top of the latest trends and bringing in linens and decor to reflect that. From attending conferences and classes, as well as staying active in the world of social media we enjoy pushing the limits and learning new techniques to bring to you.
While we love the creativity and visions we are so lucky to bring to life, it is our relationships we value most. They have such quality in all their linens/chair/draping options, are always getting in new and exciting options, and of course their attention to details when quoting and setting up is fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not impressed with the customer service of the owner. My mum and I had two different orders. Mine was the reception and my mums was the ceremony. Which means we are two separate customer. There was an issue with my lighting at my wedding reception, they used the wrong color. Nobody answered the phone the day of the wedding so my photographer ended up fiddling around with the lighting and got it to the correct color (this had to get changed with only 30 minutes until our entrance) I called the owner to tell her about the issue with the lighting and her response was well your mum made my girl stay 45 min late at the ceremony (Which by the way my mum offered the lady at the ceremony to pay the difference for the time and she said no it was fine and she said she understood) so we will call it even. I said absolutely not! You deal with my issue and then you can deal with my mum's bill separately so the owner said well I'll just refund you and charge your mum extra time. My mum got on the phone and told the owner she wasn't paying since the employee at the ceremony said it was fine. The owner was extremely rude and horrrible to deal with. Not one apology! Overall the customer service was garbage and I wouldn't recommend them.

The fact that they offer set up and take down is just an added bonus. They were so lovely to work with, answered emails promptly and were incredibly professional. Highly recommended!

They did a wonderful job at executing our draping needs for our wedding - surpassed our expectations and everything looked so beautiful! Thanks again and we will definitely recommend you all to anyone needing draping or chiavari chairs for events!
