I really appreciated Richard’s active involvement in every aspect of the job, from doing the work as scheduled (and on time) to daily site visits to check progress and customer satisfaction. It’s clear that Richard takes pride in his work and this shows by the attention to detail each member of his crew displayed throughout the sanding/finishing process. Overall, a job well done.

They came back soon after the job was done to fix the floors I damaged by mistake. Used only the best varnish, Bona. The smell was gone after a fews hours. Very happy, I suggest to all my friends that are look to stain/varnish thiers floors. Look at the pics. Super Matt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience working with Richard and his team. Our floors were badly scratched and yellowed gloss which made the scratches stand out even more.
The floors now are satin smooth and look so much better. Literally a new lease on life.
Richard was accessible and responsive all thru the duration of the work. He was also on site multiple times to make sure that everything was up to standard.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richard and his partner Sylvain did an amazing job at refreshing our floor, stairs and railings.
The job was done two months ago and the quality of the Bona products they used has kept my floor looking like new since then.
When the Plancher RT team showed up for the first day, they applied different stains on a portion of our floor they just sanded so that we could confirm our choice amongst our favorite options. Richard, the owner, was there to make sure we would be off to a good start.
Everything went smoothly and according to the plan. At the end of the project, Sylvain took the time to give me advice on how to fix blemishes or scratches, should they happen.
I highly recommend Plancher RT and they partner Sylvain.
