I have a condo that I absolutely love that is built by PKDevelopments. I have lived in a few condos and this is the best workmanship I have ever seen. It has a very modern sleek design and still feels warm and homey. The staff was really helpful and educated and gave me gentle guidance as to which unit was best for me. I love living here and do not plan on ever moving. I recommend this builder to everyone!!!!

We bought a townouse 3 years ago and the features and functionality of our townhouse are spectacular. With simple pleasures, such as the under cabinet lighting, tons of storage in the kitchen and a central vacuum, make this a cut above the rest. I am very happy with my townhouse! Also, PK Developments Staff were friendly, courteous and professional and made our experience very enjoyable!!

In December 2015 my family and I moved into a complex designed and constructed by PK Developments. The unit we selected was affordably priced and featured a very high end design - a shocker in itself. We love the sleek, modern design PK Developments employed here. The unit itself has a wonderful, separated design with bedrooms on either side of the common living area - ideal for privacy and quiet in either family settings or co-habitation settings. We love how many light fixtures the unit features, normally finding condos and apartments to be rather dark. The walk in closets are spacious and able to hold a deceiving amount of items! Color selections are warm and welcoming, and I love the fact that PK chose products that are durable and attractive rather than cheap and easy. High end appliances, high end finishes, and the utmost care from Dave Taylor and his team leave us more than happy to stay here for a long time to come! Even the choice of subcontractors is second to none - and we all know what a nightmare subcontractors can be! The team at PK is friendly and respectful - the warranty and maintenance crew will never walk into your home with their shoes on and never leave a mess behind. They are professionals and are proud of their work - and they want you to feel the same way so they put the greatest care possible into repairing issues. Even challenges presented by the laws of Physics aren't escaped by PK! When truss stress was present, causing walls and ceilings to mildly separate, PK brought in floating trim to keep the unit looking nice as the building settles. If I were an investor looking to build a new condo or apartment complex, PK would be first on my list to reach out to.

PK Developments is an awesome company to be a trade partner for! They pay their bills on time or early, they are well organized, they are well managed and they have the experience to get any job done properly and efficiently. They're entire team from top down is polite and professional, definitely recommend PK for any of your upcoming projects!

Our company has hired PK Developments multiple times to build new multi-family rental properties. We enjoy working with PK because of their ability to keep within our budget and deliver a quality product on time. I have recommended their service to others and would not hesitate to do so again.

UNSAFE WORK SITE IN HOLYROOD causing numerous accidents, damage to private property, damage to public property including trees, numerous 311 violations, unsafe machine operation, and spreading dirt and gravel into community. Management totally uncooperative, rude and disrespectful. Greedy Company that cares nothing for the Destruction and Disarray in the community that it builds in. To Respond to PK Developments: Every claim I made and every picture I have taken I true and accurate. The damage done by the old lady is actually not included in these pictures. Pk Development is absolutely the worst developer I've ever worked for. There sites are a complete disaster. Safety is not a concern. If there's a way to not pay for work done they won't pay. They take zero responsibility for mistakes they've made. Treat workers with zero respect. The list goes on and on and on. The site supervisors are absolutely rude and treat you with zero respect. Pk Development needs to be shut down!!!!!! This is the greasist company I've ever done work for. And there's not a single happy person on they're construction site. It's just misery.

PK Developments / Impact Builders both are terrible place to work. they bully employees, force them to work weekends or you get fired I did work for them as a superintendent and it was the worst experience in my entire career in the industry. Dave Taylor is NOT a good person and he treats his employees like dogs. the employee turnover rate is 110 % because of this. he uses unqualified trades and cuts corners all day long behind his wall of entitlement. they do NOT follow oh&s guidlines and put people at risk daily. safety is not a main concern for anybody... just get to work or hit the road.
