G	Gina Ponecappo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying out Royal Nails on New Years Eve. I left happy with nails I got, I then went to the grocery store then home and my nails were already chipped! I called unhappy with this service and was told “the polish didn’t dry long enough”. They offered me to come back to fix, I went back and got a different colour only for it to happen again. Not happy, And no I don’t want my nails fixed AGAIN. Will not return to this place or recommend to anyone!

Im so upset.. :( This has never happened to me whenever I’ve gotten nails, my diamonds from other places have always stayed on until it was time for fill and I don’t even do anything labour intensive so I’m not sure why this happened. When I went back and asked them to fix it they were lazy with it so why would I go back a second time in less then a week to get it fixed?! Waste of time. definitely would not recommend.

I had Gigi as my nail tech and she was really really good! Got coffin shaped nails and I can honestly tell you that she is one of the better ppl In Edmonton with shaping. She understood exactly what I wanted. She was also very fast for doing a new set. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great experience!! I’ll becoming back again!

I showed her a photo and I told her not to worry it didn’t have to be exactly like the photo… she made sure that I was happy all along the way and conducted a very friendly and professional service. I was very happy with her attention to detail. I was even happier to walk out with a new set of nails looking exactly as I had asked! She matched the photo I showed her perfectly. she answered any questions that I had as well and overall I am extremely happy with the service and most importantly the AMAZING quality!! I have been trying new nail salons for the past couple months and this place is honestly one above the rest and I am happy to say I will be back! If you are looking to try somewhere with great customer service, a clean environment and a great quality product/service then look no further!

They have endless amounts of colours and they make sure the shape is perfection and exactly what you want! Ricky the owner and Gigi are perfectionists and can do anything you want! Would highly recommend to any family or friends! I have been to countless salons and never been as satisfied as I am when I leave here!!! Would not go anywhere other than here anymore!
