Service Ulllllltttraaaa lonnnng, lennttt, aucune courtoisie des employés... on a attendu 30 minutes pour ce faire dire qu'ils n'avait pas le medicament..... les employés de soirs sont toujours sur leur cell a attendre patiemment de barrer les portes. Y'a tellement de Jean Coutu a Sherbrooke, je conseille de NE JAMAIS ALLER a celle-ci... !
 Worst pharmacy in town. Service Ulllllltttraaaa lonnnng, lennttt, no courtesy from the employees ... we waited 30 minutes for this to say that they did not have the medicine ..... the evening employees are still on their cell waiting patiently to cross the doors. There are so many Jean Coutu in Sherbrooke, I recommend NEVER GO to this one ...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jean Coutu Lennoxville has been my pharmacy of choice for the last 15 years. Throughout this time they have been persistently excellent in all their services... patient, professional and above all, caring !!
In this dark age of Quebec healthcare (..where you have to wait months in order to see your family doctor, assuming you are lucky enough to have one..! ...where, in order to see a doctor for a simple cough you have to go wait 8 hrs at the Urgence... !) the pharmacists fill in the gaps with useful information. They keep tabs on your health and make sure you are served in the best possible way... ! They feel to me like they are members of the community rather than merchants..!
That is definitely NOT my experience with other pharmacies of Sherbrooke..
