★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality service. Many far better options in the area. I needed a simple order (academic poster) printed on short notice. Staff were friendly and courteous. They assured me that they had checked after printing and that everything was fine. Trusting them, I realized far too late that approximately 20% of the text was missing. This is terrible for an academic presentation.
After inquiring about the blatant error, I was matter-of-factly informed that they do not adhere to any kind of quality control. They made it seem like this is a common occurrence.
Do not trust this company with any work you do not want botched. They are cheap, but the quality of the work is very poor.
