Most time was helping me long distance by email and phone calls .Then in person right up to the minute before burial.
I grew up in Lennoxville and always appreciated the kindness of a small town.
Many thanks for your kindness Frank , and to Penny in the front office.
Very kind and professional @ a difficult time.

So personable, sincere, thoughtful, caring and professional. I cannot say enough about how kind, caring and professionally we were treated during one of life’s most stressful moments.
