D	Denise Milliard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis désolée d’avoir à le mentionner mais j’ai fait une visite auj.et il y a une personne sans masque qui S’est présentée je l’ai mentionné à un monsieur peut être le gérant je ne sais pas, et il m’a répondu d’une façon impatiente et discourtoise du fait qu’il ne pouvait pas tout surveiller.Ce même monsieur est passé à sa caisse et il ne lui a rien dit.Est ce que les mesures sanitaires sont pour tout le monde? Je suis très déçue et je vais être un bon bout de temps sans aller à être pharmacie I'm sorry to have to mention it but I visited today and there is a person without a mask who Introduced myself I mentioned it to a gentleman maybe the manager I don't know, and he answered me in an impatient and discourteous manner that he could not supervise everything. This same gentleman went to his cash register and he did not say anything to him. Is what sanitary measures are for everyone world? I am very disappointed and I will be a long time without going to be a pharmacy
R	Rebellious fruit salad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La plupart du temps si vous attendez seul, les pharmacien(nes) (qui sont 3) vont jaser tranquille quand vous demandez dequoi de simple comme un paquet de contraceptif(qui est déjà prêt sous leurs yeux). Belle attente de 20 minute. C'est arrivé à plusieurs reprises. Most of the time if you wait alone, the pharmacist (of whom there are 3) will chat quiet when you ask for something as simple as a packet of contraceptives (which is already ready in front of their eyes). Nice 20 minute wait. It has happened several times.

Le Jean Coutu Canardiere me semble bcp mieux organisé et le personnel beaucoup plus respectueux qu'à certains endroits. Transfert de dossier dès demain. Merci à la pharmacienne qui a pris le temps de m'écouter aujourd'hui ??? 5 minutes on the phone with a pharmacist convinced me to change pharmacy. The Jean Coutu Canardiere seems to me to be better organized and the staff much more respectful than in some places. File transfer tomorrow. Thank you to the pharmacist who took the time to listen to me today ???

C'était décevant de constater que leur étagère vide ne pouvait pas contenir plus de quelques caisses d'eau pour commencer. Encore un voyage perdu dans une autre pharmacie en sous-approvisionnement... I went here to buy 2 cases of water advertised for sale. It was disappointing to find that their empty shelf couldn't hold more than a few cases of water to begin with. Another trip lost in another pharmacy under-supplied ...

Elle m’oblige à la suivre, à rentrer la transaction pour qu’elle ait sa commission… pour 13$, me disant qu’elle est au salaire minimum. J’ai déjà travaillé dans un Jean Coutu et jamais je n’ai parlé ou exprimé la notion de commissions à un client. Pour un parfum de 60$ ou 3 produits clinique à 45$ chaque, là on jase. Ça a un véritable impact pour elle. Bref elle aux caisses avant (étant sûre que je ne donnerai pas son ticket), et là j’attends 1 minute pour être servie et finalement je suis partie. J’irai acheter mes items ailleurs dorénavant… dommage. Mais cette expérience me donne envie d’être client mystère! First time that I live an experience like that with the cosmetician of a JC. I want to buy 2 lip balms and a lotto ticket. She forces me to follow her, to enter the transaction so that she gets her commission… for $13, telling me that she is at minimum wage. I have already worked in a Jean Coutu and I have never spoken or expressed the notion of commissions to a client. For a $60 perfume or 3 clinical products at $45 each, we're talking. It has a real impact on her. In short, she to the front desks (being sure that I will not give her ticket), and there I wait 1 minute to be served and finally I leave. I will buy my items elsewhere from now on… too bad. But this experience makes me want to be a mystery shopper!
