Finalement pour moi, ça été l'inverse. Dès le départ, j'ai été mal reçu et mal traité. Le personnel a même rit de moi quand j'ai finalement décidé de quitter. Assez décevant.. Donc selon MON expérience, j'ai eu l'impression qu'on se foutait bien de moi en général. Ce qui ne devrait pas être le cas selon moi dans une pharmacie... Edit: J'ai ajouté une étoile car au moins, j'ai constaté un effort de leur côté pour communiquer avec moi par après. I had chosen this pharmacy after my move because I thought that the smaller the better the customer service. In the end, for me, it was the other way around. From the start, I was badly received and badly treated. The staff even laughed at me when I finally decided to leave. Quite disappointing.. So in MY experience, I felt like I was being given a fuck in general. Which should not be the case in my opinion in a pharmacy... Edit: I added a star because at least I saw an effort on their side to communicate with me afterwards.
