R	Rungy Parent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jean Coutu Staff in ( Medication department ) are very polite and address you by your name, and they keep your personnel identification to themselves and not talk loud so other customers hear..they are professionals and they show it. Some other Jean Coutu Pharmacy have new young cashiers, asking to many personnel questions, in front of others customers, this is not good in any ways. Your Privacy doesn't need to be known to ALL staff. Jean Coutu in Orleans are my medication specialist and always have been for a long time.
H	Helene Sargent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Jean Coutu on Jeanne D'Arc in Orleans for years. Not anymore. On three separate occasions since the Spring my prescription was missing pills. Packet on 30 pills in foil wrapping, missing 4 pills, next prescription refill received 84 pills in a bottle marked 90, again this week missing 5 pills, also this week prescription filled twice and sent to insurance company twice, I left with one prescription. I should not have to count my pills and return to pharmacy for missing pills. I was told to contact insurance company myself. I should have faith in my pharmacy, not anymore. Changing to different pharmacy next week.
T	Tina Petrovicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude service. Stood at the pharmacy counter waiting to be acknowledged so I could ask about a product. (Bactine was behind the pharmacy counter for some unknown reason). When the lady saw me she answered the phone half way through my question, then proceeded to talk to a staff member after she got off the phone. I was there for 5 minutes, until I got fed up and walk out.

N	Nerys Foss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to go to the Jean Coutu in Rockland and never had an issue there but once I moved to Orleans, changed my pharmacy to this one, I only ever feel like I’ve been treated poorly. I came a few months ago for prescription, it took awhile to get their attention and once I was finally get my prescription, the pharmacist kept telling me my insurance is not an insurance without even typing it in. This went on for 30 minutes when she finally got it typed in and found out it is indeed an insurance company. I went once again recently to grab more medication only to have to wait awhile to get her attention, she then proceeded to get upset at me for not speaking French and told me they don’t have my prescription, saying they are busy (there was only 2 people sitting down waiting for their prescription) so I’m guessing she didn’t even check properly. Coming here and going to the pharmacy gives me full on anxiety now, I’m never certain if I’m going to have issues coming here, as almost every time I come I’m on the brink of tears even walking up to the pharmacist desk. With this being such an issue, I plan to switch pharmacies, as I’d rather not be spoken to poorly each time I come here.

The reason for the low stars is that the employees were rude and were a little aggressive. I felt pretty much like they wanted me out asap for some reason. In any case, I will be avoiding in the future and encourage you to do the same.

I saw what appeared to be a manager berating two employees who were clearly trying to do their best, in front of customers. I felt bad for the employees. Employees should be treated with respect at all levels.
