★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erreur après erreur? Première commande faite en ligne, on indique l'heure qu'on veut recevoir la commande, livraison 20 minutes plus tard. Bon on se dit vraiment pas grave ta plusieurs personnes qui veulent les mêmes heures de livraison donc impossible. Ont reçoit la commande manque les frittes. On appelle la surcursale pour se faire dire ils vont livrer les frittes bientôt ... non jamais livré les frites. On a écrit au service à la clientèle et on a eu un coupon rabais (nice super service) on fait une nouvelle commande en ligne le jeudi à 20h00 pour livrer à 6h30 le vendredi... à 7h10 rien eu...on appelle on se fait mettre sur attente 20 minutes pour se faire dire à 7h35 que la sucursale a jamais eu notre commande en ligne? Déjà payé, facturé sur la carte de crédit et la sucursale ne la jamais eu? Donc un autre 40 minutes avant d'avoir notre commande... il est 7h40 pas reçut la commande et devoir attendre 40 minutes de plus quand on avait commandé pour 6h30... les employés de la sucursale au teléphone était très gentils, ils ont aucun contrôle sur le fait de ne pas recevoir les commandes du site..mais come on salvatoré... pauvre eux à avoir à gèrer insatisfaction après insatisfaction par la faute de la compagnie qui elle fait des erreurs. Merci aux employés mais Salvatoré get you (.) Together.
 Error after error? First order made online, we indicate the time we want to receive the order, delivery 20 minutes later. Well, we say to ourselves that it really doesn't matter if you have several people who want the same delivery hours, so it's impossible. Received the order missing the fries. We call the surcursale to be told they will deliver the fries soon ... never delivered the fries. We wrote to customer service and we got a discount coupon (nice super service) we made a new order online on Thursday at 8:00 p.m. being put on hold for 20 minutes only to be told at 7:35 that the branch never got our order online? Already paid, charged to credit card and branch never got it? So another 40 minutes before having our order... it's 7:40 a.m. not received the order and having to wait 40 more minutes when we had ordered for 6:30 a.m.... the employees of the branch on the phone were very nice, they no control over the fact of not receiving orders from the site .. but come on salvatoré ... poor them to have to manage dissatisfaction after dissatisfaction through the fault of the company which makes mistakes. Thanks to the employees but Salvatoré get you (.) Together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons commandé notre souper à 17h15. Nous avons appelé à 18h45 pour avoir un suivi de notre commande. Après plus de 30 minutes d'attente au téléphone, je n'ai pas réussi à parler aux employés qui travaillaient. Si vous souhaitez souper au moment que vous avez faim. Ne prenez pas la peine de commander en ligne ni chez Salvatore car vous recevrez votre commande 3-4 heures plus tard.
We ordered our dinner at 5:15 p.m. We called at 6:45 p.m. to get a follow-up on our order. After more than 30 minutes of waiting on the phone, I was unable to speak to the employees who were working. If you want supper when you are hungry. Don't bother ordering online or from Salvatore as you will receive your order 3-4 hours later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je commande à 16h20 pour avoir ma pizza à 17h45…18h00 rien reçu mais comme ça mes déjà arrivé j’appelle le commis me dit qu’il lui manque des cuisiniers donc ma pizza sort du four et le livreur se met en route !!! Bonne nouvelle j’habite à 5 minutes. J’ai reçu le tout bien froid et pâteux à 18h45…merci pour le mauvais service. Juste comme ça c’est bien triste qu’il manque de personnel mais au pire juste à fermer au lieu de pas servir les clients
P.S une chance que j’avais le rabais de 10$ pour le retard de livraison de la dernière fois.
I order at 4:20 p.m. to have my pizza at 5:45 p.m.… 6:00 p.m. nothing received but that way my already arrived I call the clerk tells me that he lacks cooks so my pizza comes out of the oven and the delivery guy sets off!!! Good news I live 5 minutes away. I received everything very cold and pasty at 6:45 p.m.…thanks for the bad service. Just like that it's very sad that it lacks staff but at worst just to close instead of not serving customers
P.S lucky I had the $10 discount for the late delivery last time.
