Poutine beauf effiloché : décevant.
Beauf sec et dur, fromage en crotte qui s'étire à l'infini, signe de non-fraicheur, et frite ordinaire. La sauce est okay.
Je n'y retournerai plus malheureusement.
 Cheeseburger: okay
Frayed Beauf Poutine: disappointing.
Beauf dry and hard, cheese curds that stretches to infinity, a sign of non-freshness, and regular fries. The sauce is okay.
I will not go back unfortunately.

La réponse du restaurant,; déplacez vous venez chercher vos items manquants?
Résolution de problèmes et le service à clientèle non existante.
Je vous suggère à toute personne de ne pas commander à se restaurant par Ubereats ou DoorDash ou autre service de livraison.
After two orders, our experience is very disastrous.
Meals are delivered cold and items are missing in the order.
The restaurant's response; move you come to look for your missing items?
Problem solving and non-existent customer service.
I suggest that anyone not order from their restaurant through Ubereats or DoorDash or other delivery service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Épouvantable. Commande reçue tout croche. J'avais demandé sauce à part dans ma poutine (spécifié au tel que c'était important vu qu'on savait pas à quelle heure qu'on mangeait). Je reçois poutine foul sauce dedans. J'ai payé pour une côte levée entière. Je reçois une demie. Je me rends finalement sur place ravoir une poutine sauce à part et montrer ma demie côte payé plein prix. On me dit que non c'est bien une entière?!?! ?
La caissière sur place nous offre 2 desserts et 2 liqueurs pour s'excuser de l'erreur pour la poutine, le déplacement et le temps d'attente sur place. Je demande un petit oignon français à la place puisqu'on ne consomme ni l'un ni l'autre. Elle me dit ok. Au bout de 10 minutes d'attente ?, elle revient me voir pour me dire que le cuisiner n'a pas le temps de le faire!!!

Appalling. Command received crooked. I had asked for sauce separately in my poutine (specified as it was important since we didn't know what time we were eating). I get poutine foul sauce in it. I paid for a whole rib. I get a half. I finally go there to have a poutine sauce on the side and show my half rib paid full price. I am told that no is it a whole?!?! ?
The cashier on site offers us 2 desserts and 2 liqueurs to apologize for the mistake for the poutine, the trip and the waiting time on site. I ask for a small French onion instead since we do not consume either. She tells me ok. After 10 minutes of waiting ?, she comes back to see me to tell me that the cook does not have time to do it !!!
Would you have paid $ 50 for a piece of ribs and a BB poutine?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terriblement décevant, rien ne goûte la fumée dans un restaurant appelé « La boîte à fumée » , mon père a manqué vomir en goûtant à la salade de choux rouges, tout le reste n’est ni digne d’être servi dans une salle à manger (peut-être pour ça qu’ils n’en ont pas) ni même digne d’être considéré du barbecue. Un manque de respect à la cuisine.
Terribly disappointing, nothing tastes like smoke in a restaurant called "The Smoke Box", my dad almost threw up tasting the red cabbage salad, everything else is neither worthy of being served in a dining room (maybe why they don't have any) or even worthy of being considered BBQ. A lack of respect in the kitchen.

Mes lasagnes sont clairement des lasagnes surgelées, elles rendent de l'eau comme j'ai jamais vu! Le goût des lasagnes en plat à faire chauffer au micro-onde... avec une acidité extrême !
Le burger de ma blonde est bon mais bcp trop sec et pas si chaud que ça...
Nous voulions changer pour une fois...
C'est la dernière fois où nous leurs passons commande!!!
Pour 40$ hors tips
Et sur l'application Doordash, les tips c'est minimum 20%, en dessous, votre application bug et ferme sans prévenir, nous avons fait le constat 3 fois de suite!!!

My lasagna is clearly frozen lasagna, it makes water like I've never seen! The taste of lasagna dish to heat in the microwave ... with extreme acidity!
My girlfriend's burger is good but bcp too dry and not that hot ...
We wanted to change for once ...
This is the last time we place an order with them !!!

And on the Doordash application, the tips are minimum 20%, below, your bug application and closes without warning, we have made the observation 3 times in a row !!!

First of all, I ordered twice before. (Once there, another time on Uber). If you go there, it's pretty passable. But last time through Uber, it was really bad. But I wanted to give them another chance. Wish I hadn't.
The brisket was full of fat and hardly any meat on it that could be consumed.
The wings were cold and extremely dry. Almost no meat on them.
The drumstick was dry as well and about the size of a wing (and it was 3$+)...
I asked to replace my Fries for Onion Rings and I paid an extra 4$ something. They sent me 4 soggy onion rings....
The pizza was so-so. It was stuck on the paper in the pizza box.
The order was badly packaged and brisket sauce spilled everywhere in the bag and out of it. It even seeped through the pizza box...
Overall, a pretty bad experience. Will most likely never order there again.
*EDITED. Brisket was actually 60% fat. There was only little I could eat on it.
