R	Reimund JANSSEN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Pizza I had in a long time. Dough was very dry. I think it was reheated! I ordered the Arugula pizza. On the menu the pizza is covered with arugula. I counted 6 small leafs ! Very disappointing. Never again.

Never had a bad experience yet, closest thing was them being sold out of an item which isn’t something to review on. A lot of reviews mentioning “fake reviews from people who aren’t even in the Sault” but yeah, I am, and I've had a lot better experiences with this Pizza Pizza and their staff than Dominoes or other pizza chains. Will likely be back soon

Pizza Pizza is no different, I have a bias since I first had it at the corner of my Aunts home in Toronto. I honestly consider Pizza Pizza one of my favorites. The panzerottis are my go to with breading is so crispy and light with a nostalgic flavor that takes me back. The staff was friendly, and even had a small conversation with them. The prices are great for the quality of pizza you get. Best is, they even have a KETO option! Again, others might have different opinions, however, only you can decide. I always like trying new places and food types, and this find was defiantly worth it to me.

(I bought the sandwich two times..doesnt look as acvertised..sometimes no salad n never enough sauce wuoldnt recommend that one)but pizza was very good..Nice dining place n opens late...literally so many topping options n they serve generous amount of toppings...loved the pizza

Also you want a name for something that doesn’t have one as far as I can see. What is the name for the pizza box of appetizers? I will have to think about whether I will even try this place. I want simple orders.

Their skills and customer service levels are always appreciated. In other words, they are the real PROFESSIONAL and the best pizza in Sault. Thanks guys and keep working good.

Finally I drove up to the location to see what was up and they apparently didn't get our order because of an issue with their system. Fine. Ask them to make my order there. When I got home the pepperoni pizza was overcooked (how do you mess up a pepperoni pizza?), The rest of the meal was ok. No one contacted us until 3 hours later that our online delivery order was cancelled. They did give us a $15 credit for our troubles, which is far from the 50 minutes or free guarantee they supposedly offer. I'll update this review if they do better next time.
K	Kelly Viel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say that I’ve tried my local Pizza Pizza because twice now when I’ve called to place an order for family parties the person who answered was in an entirely different city (likely Toronto) and couldn’t get the name of my street down correctly despite my spelling it out for them repeatedly - immediately followed by not being able to copy down and repeat my phone number back to me accurately. To make matters worse, they couldn’t find my city nor get my postal code right to help the matter (they rhymed off a list of cities that don’t even begin with the same letter as mine). I speak standard English so that was not the problem. I never even had the chance to get far enough in the conversation to discuss what I’d like to order because the employee just gave up and hung up on me. Probably a blessing because I imagine if I’d been successful at placing my order the pizzas I would have paid for would just end up at the wrong address in a different city! I’ve taken my business to local pizzerias that still practice the art of picking up a phone in their own establishment and care about how they serve and treat their customers.
