β β β β β We were really excited that pizza pizza is coming around us but since it open i am so mad. They have really bad service the young guy on the counter doesnβt know how to behave with customers. I went there 3 time every time they have no slice of pizza ready in their showcase and the minimum wait time they will ask you will be one hour even if they have couple orders.Every time i asked they have different excuses. I used to be a pizza pizza customer in Toronto even the One in Banff was good. But this location ??????.

β β β β β As a former employee to this business, I was told by the manager I had to rate this place a 5 to counter the bad reviews we were having at the time. Myself and several others in these reviews rated a 5, but this place doesn't deserve it. The customer service skills are some of the worst I've ever seen, and professionalism doesn't exist. Employees joke and screw around, loudly insulting and swearing at each other, all while customers are inside the store. People have been getting sick from this location because of improper rotation of fresh ingredients. Instead of putting the old ingredients on top of the new container to use first, they dump the new stuff on top, every day. Even the kitchen itself was full of flying insects and nothing to prevent it. I have been trying to get this review, and the others that were falsely posted, removed for months but google doesn't seem to care. Avoid this place. Avoid it at all costs. Good luck Seth, you can do way better man.

β β β β β Ordered a medium Ham and Pineapple and got some kind of sun-dried mushroom and pineapple. Didn't realize until much later (Pizza wasn't for me) and when I call them to say they ruined the Pizza, they offered me a $2.00 coupon for the "wrong topping." I tried to tell them that one wrong topping ruined the pizza but they didn't seem to get it. One wrong topping turned a Hawaiian into something that tasted like a shoe. I wonder if these people know what it takes to acquire a new customer??? Anyway, this was my first trip here, and I won't be going back. Other than the wrong topping, the sauce is mediocre, the crusts are OK, and the overall pizza would be OK. If you want an OK pizza with bad customer service then this is your place! If you want a good pizza with great service go to Canadian Pizza in Innisfail.

β β β β β Absolute worst customer service yet again. The staff could definitely benefit with extra training. Food was always βdecentβ but today after walking out after 5 minutes of trying to place an order with a less than competent front end staff member, I would never return. Most painful thing Iβve tried to do in a long time.
