Hubby picked up our Lrg. hawaiian pizza and it's not a pan pizza, even though I specified "pan" pizza about 3 times when ordering. I phoned to let them know that it's not a pan pizza and the girl I spoke to said they can't make pan pizzas in a large size at that store. I reminded her that I said "a couple times" pan pizza, as I recognized that I ordered with her, and she even acknowledged that yes I did, but said she's "sorry about that". I told her that we would've ordered a medium had I been told when I ordered bcuz the regular ones are far too dry for us. She told me pan is all she eats as well, and "sorry about that" was all I got. Their pizza is very expensive, so although it's not a big deal, we wouldn't have got it bcuz we don't like it. No offer of actually receiving the type of pizza we ordered, even if it does have to be a medium. No credit, nothing. Btw, this location also doesn't have online ordering or menu, signature pizzas, or even basic toppings like hot peppers, black olives, sausage, feta, etc. Will only order from this location again if absolutely necessary, now that we know exactly what this location is all about.

You can no longer eat inside because of Covid 19, however the takeout option remains available. The hours of operation are decent and convenient. The staff is fast and friendly and quite accommodating.
