★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a wonderful store. The staff are amazing, always friendly and professional and always helpful. Kim, the cosmetologist, helped me figure out a complicated problem today with a product I really needed. She immediately found exactly the right colour I was looking for which was great because I was so confused by a product I'd purchased online I didn't know what was going on. But Kim sorted it all out for me so quickly, it was amazing. She really knows her stuff. A cosmetologist who knows her colours that well and that quickly is a keeper. Just amazing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't believe the prices you see on their website or in their APP. Went to Alexandria SDM today for a box of finger cots to administer methimazole to a senior In our family. Online and app said $2.99; shelf label showed $3.99. When I questioned this, the friendly cashier called the CSM who told me the stores pricing takes priority over online prices.

I NEED the 2nd dose to start Chemo and radiation. They have it in stock but won't administer. Don't even care about easing my mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why it took over an hour to pick up a covid test. Because no symptomatic people are allowed to do the pickup, why would they interrogate & berate that pickup person without calling the actual person who made the reservation?
I get it - things are stressful now that numbers are going through the roof but resolve these kinds of issues rather than make them worse.
Doesn't look like they're picking up the phone at that 800#

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *******NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE HERE HAD A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS TO SPEND March 26 when I got to cash they where all close only way to pay is with the self check out NO HAPPENING DROP EVERYTHING AND WALK OUT I BUY THOUSANDS OF DALLARS HERE A YEAR AND LIVE IN THE AREA WILL JUST GO TO CORNWALL AND MOVE MY MEDICAL PLAN THERE ALSO THERE SHOULD BE A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD GIVE - 5 STARS ****************
