I walked out the door then to the subway next door to eat . When I look at the bill and realised what they had charged me I returned and asked to exchange it for something else and they refused . I will not go back . The shiny bud in cornwall is much nicer stor with much better service

Called ahead of time yet they claimed they had, "No clue when it's opening in Alexandria" Now they've been open over a week and I was yet to go because there was no advertising, opening date or even knowledgeable that it was opening. I am, triggered.. and will not be shopping here. Ever. Thank you very much!

They refused to serve me and asked that I leave the store unless I went back to my vehicle to procure my ID to prove I was of legal age. Their demeanor is pretentious, and this location does not have a tablet browsing station. I'll not return to this location. Edit: The owner of this location contacted me, and I did return to purchase. I'm not sure what he told his employees, but it was a very enjoyable experience this time. Thank you for hearing me. I will be visiting again when I am in Alexandria and in need. :)

Tell the sales rep what you're feeling and what kind of elevation you want and guaranteed you'll be happy. I've gone 7 times and I leave with nothing but good vibes and a feeling of "I can't wait to come back!"
