A	Andrée-Anne Lapierre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suite à une erreur dans notre commande(pizza juste au poulet sans aucun accompagnement) nous avons eu le droit au pire service à la clientèle. La réceptionniste a fait preuve d’arrogance et elle a même été insultante. Elle nous suggère de mangé la pizza malgré le bacon … Ce qui est tout à fait absurde, si nous avons commandé une pizza juste au poulet c’est bien pour une raison … Après lui avoir mentionné que nous ne mangeons pas de bacon étant donné que nous sommes musulmans. Elle insiste que nous devrions quand même manger la pizza parce que son supérieur qui est musulman, lui mange du bacon et qu’on ne devrait pas avoir de problème à en manger nous aussi … Et elle a même fini par nous raccrocher la ligne au nez … Bref, par chance une autre de ses collègues s’est excusée au nom de cette dame et au nom du restaurant. Cela dit, il n’en demeure pas moins, qu’après plusieurs commandes à ce restaurant, il n’a jamais été possible d’obtenir une commande qui respectait nos demandes. Following an error in our order (just pizza with chicken without any accompaniment) we had the right to the worst customer service. The receptionist was arrogant and she was even insulting. She suggests we eat the pizza despite the bacon…Which is totally absurd, if we ordered a pizza just with chicken it's good for a reason…After mentioning to her that we don't eat bacon since we are Muslims. She insists that we should still eat the pizza because her boss who is a Muslim eats her bacon and we shouldn't have a problem eating it too… And she even ended up hanging up on us … In short, by chance another of her colleagues apologized on behalf of this lady and on behalf of the restaurant. That said, the fact remains that after several orders at this restaurant, it was never possible to obtain an order that met our requests.
