★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boyfriend bought pizza to surprise me at home. He ordered me a chicken bacon ranch pizza. This was more than a let down. This was the most bland pizza I’ve ever eaten. Couldn’t taste the ranch(or see it), the bacon, or the chicken. All I could taste was onion, and although I love onion, it was just too overwhelming. Thoroughly disappointed. :( what a waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered three pizzas & specified extra sauce on each one of them.
When the pizzas arrived, the had almost zero sauce. Have never seen pizza with so little (basically nonexistent) sauce on it.
Called about that, they said they would send replacement pizzas.
Long story short they then reversed and said they would not replace them. Talked to service rep, then his supervisor Jay. Jay was no help at all. Terrible experience, will never use them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service possible. The pizza is sometimes great but the service and quality standards are dismal.
We picked up a pizza and it was missing half the toppings. When we brought this to their attention they said that we could have a $10 credit that was only valid for 30 days or we could go “pick up” another pizza...?
We’ve been ordering pizza from their for several years consistently and that is how they show appreciation for their customers....so unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to order from this place quite a bit, but after the last order, I will not. I got food poisoning really bad. I have never vomited so much in my life, diarrhea, and even blood found in urine. It took me two days to recover enough to be functional but still not 100%. That is extremely dangerous to find blood in the urine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One phone number provided for all locations. The person I spoke to was frustratingly dumb & based on that experience, I doubt I would return as a customer.
However, the staff at the location was quite courteous and the pizza was actually quite tasty, prompting my to think: I may come back.
Overall, at this time, I don't know if I'll return as a customer. Time (& desperation) only knows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can never go wrong with Pizza 73. Pepperoni and Jalepeno pizza...LFG!!!! Their hot wing sauce is unique and very tasty! Will return again and again and again and again and again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service here is very lacking with the pizza is usually very good. Pizza 73 is probably my favorite pizza place for the taste and toppings are usually just order it to go on delivery then having to go inside. I do enjoy their chicken pizzas but my favorite is the All meat pizza.
This place is worth checking out but as I said I would probably go for delivery than eat in.
