★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So after reading all the reviews i decided to try pizza 72. Not quite what I was expecting, i should have scrolled down on the reviews. Not to say this is not a good pizza its just not the type i enjoy. If i were to compare this to any other pizza place it would be pizza hut. Seems like a pan crust style, slightly greasy. As for topping we ordered a hawaiin and cheese both have about a pound of cheese on each, the cheese pizza a little more. The hawaiin starts off with tomato sauce a layer of 3 thick slices of ham followed by a layer of pineapple and 1/4 thick layer of cheese. Lifting a slice is a work out on its own as it should be because the calories that go with it are no joke. Overall the amount of food you get for the price one could definitely call it a bargain. Again not a bad pizza just no what i look for when i eat out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order from here once a month and I am never disappointed. It is the best value, loaded with large toppings, tons of cheese, at very reasonable prices. It tastes great the day after - for anyone who enjoys cold pizza. I try different pizzas each time and they're all delicious. Their Indian food is tasty too! This is the best pizza in Langley!

The pizza is very good, excellent crust, not greasy, a nice taste, and the fillings are a great amount. This pizza is not over priced and delivery to my door. All in all this place is awesome!!! Thank you Pizza 72 looking forward to ordering more from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent pizza and amazing service. The pizza was packed with toppings. All my guests raved about the taste and quality. This will definitely become our go to pizza joint. In addition their Indian food is amazing. We had samosa that were the size of a giants fist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 4 pizzas for a mother's Day get together on a Saturday. Order at 9:52am for a 12:10pm pick up. Lots of time to get the order right. Sadly it wasn't a good outcome. I chose this particular place only because of the great reviews. I will never order from here again. It's not that it tasted bad, it's just that for the money spent, they should've gotten it right.
1. Asked no olives on all pizza. They put olives on all pizzas.
2. Asked for 2 medium gluten free. And 2 large regular. Instead got 4 medium pizzas. 2 regular and 2 gluten free.
3. No receipt was given (I check my email junk, normal and spam).
4. Asked for no jalapenos and they were on one of the pizzas.
I ordered through the online option, so either their system isn't recording everything or the pizza makers don't care.
Note: through the online ordering I asked for one pizza with half pineapple. They ended up calling me to ask what ingredient was only on half the pizza (they got this right after I explained through the call).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wanted to like this place as we googled “best pizza in willoughby” and this place popped up. Buyer Beware! We read over the menu online and decided to go with the family deal which included: 1 Large Specialty Pizza, 15 wings, 2L pop, and a Cesar salad or Greek salad. We went to “Order Online” and paid via debit online with a $5 delivery fee and generous tip at 17:37. We then realized we forgot to add dips and called to add to order and I would pay the remainder when delivered. It was 19:07 by the time it was delivered. We then realized no Cesar or Greek salad was included (they don’t have it listed on the online order form). So the deal isn’t as good as you may read by their marketing menu. The delivery driver then tells me he has no change for the dips we added to the order and to come down to his car (as we lived in the apartment). Pizza72 gave me the sense of being scammed during the whole experience. We were so hungry by the time it was delivered, we told him we weren’t about to follow him to his car. I would not order from this place again. The wings were also extremely undercooked and gummy. Pizza was fair/ good.
