K	Krystyna Czerska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Amazon order has been shipped by Pitney Bows. On May 28 there was update on delivery page " delivery attempt @ 7:00 pm". There was not such thing as I was at home at that time - even more- I've seen this update at 6:00 pm - and immediately contacted Amazon about it. They promised to help. Today is June 1 and there is no updates on delivery ( even PB said they will try next business day). I have contacted Amazon again and they opened a ticket with PB. I was trying to contact BP myself but this is impossible. They do not talk to customers. They delivery man is lying. The order was a birthday gift... If I can give them 0 stars I will do so.
T	Tanya West on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order on Amazon. This company keeps saying that will deliver my package and they do not show up or they say they attempt delivery at 11pm. This has been going on for 5 days now. I have tried to phone the company 3 times and placed on hold for over an hour everytime I call. I am unable to get a person to rectify this situation. I am waiting for this horrible company to send my package back so I can finally get a refund. Shame on Amazon for having a contract with a scam company like this one.
A	Ashram Ramlal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pitney Bowes is a joke and a scam of a company. I had 2 day shipping that turned into 2 weeks, and when I inquired about it, they said they lost the package. I was the one who had to ask for a refund; it wasn't even offered to me, and this was their mistake. The first time they messed up my order I thought, "these things happen" the second and third time it happened, I began to realize that this is how they operate. Took me a month just to get my money back, and I never got my packages after all was said and done.

I have never received my ordered item, but on Pitney Bowes site it's marked as delivered. And the delivery place is noted as Toronto. "Awesome"! The package was not returned to the sender and was not delivered to me. They just stole it. I wish Amazon never use this disaster company any more!!!

I managed to get not 1 but 2 customer service people on the phone and they both purposely hung up on me after I asked them not to put me on hold. I regret being kind to them on the phone, I should have been a rude if I was going to be treated this way. First person was Tony, I did not get an employee id from him. 2nd person was Hanna employee ID A871BYE. Probably fake information she gave me but whatever. They both had clear Filipino accents. They put me on hold as soon as they could!! And then a robotic voice said there was no one available to help me and automatically hung up. This company stole my package from Amazon. Marked it as delivered to a street that’s not even mine!! They are thieves and liars and deserve to be sued.
L	Larry Yao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently ordered a sound mixer through Amazon.ca and it was shipped from US, amazon.ca account showed that it was supposed to be delivered by 8pm yesterday, I've been waiting for the whole day and Pitney Bowes didn't show up, even more worries after checked the review of the Pitney Bowes as seeing a lot of negative reviews from other customers. I am ready to make a cancel of the order but wanted to give them a little more time to see what happens, very lucky I got the package today, what a surprise!
l	lloydering on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like everyone else here, I didn’t receive my package. The tracker said it was delivered around 2 pm today. I live in a good neighbourhood, good enough where there aren't any porch pirates. My other amazon packages that were delivered by amazon made it. The package that was supposed to be delivered by Pitney Bowes was the only one that is nowhere to be found. Hm… I wonder where it could have gone.

My package was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday December 29. 2021, which was perfect, there would be someone in the office that day. Instead of that, I received and update on FRIDAY DECEMBER 24 that it was out for delivery. There is no one there, the office is closed! It was delivered at 3hr 37pm. I sent a security agent immediately and there was nothing, no package, he even checked on all the floors of the office tower but as expected, nothing. How can it be delivered at 3hr37pm when it was 1 HR30PM??? In which city was it delivered? In which time zone was it delivered? Where is my package? Of course, I was unable to talk to someone, just a machine that confirmed the delivery. They don’t care because Amazon will refund or send another item. They are paid to make the delivery and it seems like the client is not important to them. Amazon customer service was unable to reach them either. So, I will have a refund, I will order the item after the holidays, and I sure hope that it WILL NOT be delivered by Pitney Bowes.
