I had my unit go the day I was about to fly out for Christmas vacation, Pringle's P&H saved me. I had called at least 5 other places and either no one picked up, or I left messages and did not get a return call for hours or even days. Pringle's was fast and courteous and didn't up-sell, they just considered the size of my home and needs and worked insanely fast! They helped come up with solutions for temporary heating and worked quickly. I highly recommend this company. Their service is efficient and their work was professional. When I told MB Hydro who the company and installer was, they smirked/grinned, they knew it was good work even before going in to do final inspection, I think that says a lot too.

We had an issue with our AC in the middle of a heat wave. The guys managed to squeeze us in last minute and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. Very friendly, professional, and efficient.. we will definitely be using PD again.

I had a small plumbing job that I needed done. Pipe Dreamers were the only ones that responded (after I reached out to a few trades) and they showed up exactly when they said they would. My gas water heater died in September. It was still under warranty but the place I bought it from 7 years ago is no longer in business so I called Pipe Dreams as they said they could do the warranty replacement. They came out and replaced the tank and replaced some exhaust ductwork. I had to pay about $500 for the new duct work and their time to replace the tank. I had no problem with these charges or the work they did. However, several weeks later I found that my pilot light on the tank was going out every 2-3 weeks. I called them and they came out and looked at it and re-lit it and said all was good. It continued to go out over the next while. I called them again in April as it was still happening. They came out again and replaced the ducting that they had installed in September. When this didn't resolve the issue I was told I was on my own as they had replaced the tank and that is all they were oligated to do.. At this point I posted on the manufacturer support web site and within 1 day I was provided a way to test the Thermopile in 2 minutes. I asked Pipe Dreamers if they had tested this or if they could look into costs to replace it. I was told I have 2 options. First was I could replace the 6 month old tank with an electric tank at my cost ($1100 cash or $1350 check or e-transfer) or they could source out the part and cost to replace. They never did provide me a cost for the thermopile, instead saying they had never had to replace one of these before. This was the first thing suggested by support and a two minutes check (it only took 20 minutes to replace as well) but they didn't feel this could be a solution. Well, it was. I have replaced the part and all is well again. I will not be using these guys again as I am not comfortable with their troubleshooting skills. Professionalism is also not a strong suit as they are very slow to respond and ignore the issue.

I have to say that the service was top notch. Chase was the person in charge of all the work, from the coordination by text message to the completion of the work, I can say that he was first class: he answered all my questions, he took the time to explain each topic or doubt, he advised me on it of other aspects related to water, plumbing and related machinery. His work was neat and tidy. He delivered more than expected. Without a doubt he became my go-to plumber.
