K	Karen Bittner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid friendly, they check you at the door. Very friendly staff willing to make your night stay as comfortable as possible. They have a breakfast bar in the morning, looks appealing but I didn't stay for it. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. I found the price very reasonable..I will stay again in the future. A+

The room had crushed food maybe cookies in the living room floor area, and when asked about hand lotion the desk clerk made it seem like it was a huge problem. The hot breakfast was cool not hot or warm. I don't know what the difference is but it's changed alot.

T	Trent Carriere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the sauna wasn't working, but the service, room, breakfast and pool were all fantastic. We were on a snowmobile trip and extended it an extra day to relax in the pool and be lazy. Very enjoyable
s	saeng khots on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We THOUGHT this place was pretty clean during our 3 night stay. Didn't really have time to enjoy the amenities so I can't comment on that. While we were packing to check out, we found a half-drank water bottle under the bed. Definitely not ours. Update: To be clear, it wasn't a big deal to us. Perhaps just a note for them to check things a bit better. Our only hesitation to stay there again would be due to proximity to the lake. If it was between the South Beach Casino and Canalta, I'd pick Canalta for sure.

Unfortunately pool was freezing and pretty dirty lots of debris, room was nice but food splatters on the walls, garbage in cabinets from previous guest, half used roll of toilet paper from previous guest which normally is fine but with Covid that can't be sanitized and this is a nice private hotel room not a common area bathroom. Very over priced for what it was but I understand it's a very big empty hotel that needs to keep their lights on. Would probably stay again because they have the pool but would like to see the cleaning measures worked on

The TV, Fridge and Coffee bar was just perfect for us. The staff was friendly and courteous. I felt any and all protocols they had in place was very safe and I appreciated that. I would stay here again and do plan to in the future.
