Hard Workers and Efficient I have booked Pioneer multiple times in the last two months with a very big move. This small company was fantastic when they arrived onsite. Their movers worked very hard and efficiently the entire time (up to 6-8 hours). Their price is reasonable, I would 100% book these guys again and I have them booked for four more big moves that include King Beds, Queen Beds, and Misc. Furniture. These are large items and have no doubts that they will be able to work just as hard on the next couple of moves. Thank you Pioneer Moving & Storage Ltd.

Pioneer Moving did an awesome job moving us from Kamloops to Grande Prairie at the end of Aug 2019. Jay stayed in touch prior to the move and ensured everything was planned out, then Arthur and his crew were amazing loading our belongings from our house and shop. They were careful not to cause damage to the house, and also loaded everything carefully to ensure there was no damage. They even unloaded on the Sunday of Labour Day Weekend. Arthur was very professional and respectful, and ensured everything went smoothly for us. Thank you guys!

I had a big move from Kamloops to storage then eventually to Merritt. I have so much stuff that I did it in three stages. We put contents in go-boxes, rented a coupe of storage seacans in Merritt and then had our furniture moved into Big steel boxes. I rented a truck for odd shaped, non stacking junk ( patio furniture etc.) and hired a company to load. They did a terrible job!!! I had way too much stuff and had to hire a company with truck to take a second load...they were expensive and quite useless....I contacted Pioneer to load the big steel boxes...THESE GUYS are the best!!!! They are so quick, so professional, so friendly, polite and calming....I wish I had them do the entire move from packing to unpacking!! They will for sure be unloading all the unloading of the go-boxes, the storage units and the big steel boxes. I cannot stress strongly enough that these guys made it quick and easy (or at least look that way!!). Arthur and the crew could not possibly have made me happier. Thanks Jay (owner) for your time in appraising my move requirements and arranging my move. Your crew is amazing!! What seems pricey at first sight is cost saving when you experience the others out there before you hire this company...Take my advice and hire them first it will save you money, stress and time. Learn from my mistake.

I'm a little late but had to make sure I came back to leave Jay and Arther a review! We moved from Kamloops to Red Deer back in November and everything from the first phone call with Jay to line everything up, to Arthur unloading the last of our stuff in Red Deer (right after a hefty snow fall) went amazing and was so easy on us. Super professional, easy going and great to work with. If we ever move out that way again, we'll definitely be giving you guys a call! Thank you :)

Arthur, Brandon, Mitch and the rest of the team did a super job with our move. On time, professional, courteous, hard workers and careful. We have used Pioneer before and never were disappointed. I can't say enough great things about Jay and the crew that moved us in Aug 2019. It was an in town move within Kamloops. The guys were super efficient and friendly. They moved all of our furniture including a wood shop full of tools (all the heavy stuff) up and down a crazy number of stairs in both houses with smiles and no complaints. They were very conscientious and protected the items,, walls and floors. All of the items were put in the room where they belonged. I would 100% recommend them based on my recent experience. Thank you for taking away some of the stress of moving.

Our experience with Pioneer Moving during our local move in October 2019 was nothing short of excellent! Right from the start, the estimate and booking with Jay were accurate and easy. Arthur and his crew showed up on time and worked hard right through the day without stopping for a break. The crew protected the floors, walls, railings and wrapped all our furniture so nothing arrived damaged. They were organized and sorted our furniture items into two trucks to simplify the move into the new house. Heavy and awkward items that I dreaded having to move myself were dealt with ease. I would absolutely use Pioneer again and highly recommended them! (EDIT: 4 star rating changed to 5 stars. 4 was an error due to fat fingers. Definately 5 stars *****)

I hired Pioneer last month to move my home. I had to be a little flexible as they were already booked on the day I wanted, but we settled quite quickly on an alternate day (this was about 3 weeks before). The week before the move, I phoned to confirm and ask a few questions as it had been about 20 years since I have hired movers to move my home. Jay answered everything quite quickly and easily. Due to a death in the family, and my partner having to be away, I was not actually quite packed when the morning of the moved arrived. I was expecting 3 men to show up, and while they were prompt on their arrival time, there was only 2 men. I explained my personal situation and they were very understanding and supportive. about 15 minutes into them showing up, their phone started ringing. I guess the 3rd guy I expected was sick. things happen. by the start of the second hour they were there loading my stuff, there was a replacement employee. While I have forgotten all of their names, I want to say that every singly guy was courteous, extremely careful and had a fantastic attitude about their job. To make it even better, they all had a great sense of humor and there was just enough verbal comic relief to alleviate my stress and make the work go even faster. While the unloading at the other end was being done, a stranger showed up at the end of the truck... It was Jay doing his due diligence on a Saturday as a boss to make sure all was going well. At the end of the job, my hourly bill was calculated accurately and fairly. I moved my business at the end of August last year with a different company and I wish I had hired Pioneer Moving then too. Thanks Jay and Team! you will for sure get my business again .
