★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented 2 storage units, and I work in construction. I work long hours and I can't get in to pay my storage. The property manger Marcel wouldn't stay late, even though he lives there, all he had to do was come downstairs or let me pay on a weekend when I am off. He said "NO". He has no compassion for those of us whom work in construction. He texts and bugs me at work, whom I got in trouble from my boss, asking for my visa number which I told him I don't have, so he obviously doesn't listen. I told him I don't have one. I phoned Advantage, just down the road, whom are $100 cheaper, so I will go there.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO RENT HERE!!!!!
They have no understanding for us working people, whom are their bread and butter. Threatening me isn't the way to do business or bugging people when we work during the day. I could have come in last Sunday to pay my bill, but of course Marcel left early and I didn't have time to get in. Not very professional. They give no help to those of us whom work in construction, and work long hours trying to get the job done. Then I had to drive in there tonight after work to drop off a cheque in the red box, but Marcel couldn't have waited til the weekend when I am off, so I hope I don't get in an accident because I am so tired and have to drive all the way out there, then back in, to get up at 4 am to go to work, he couldn't have waited 2 days. I hope he is proud of himself. I am waiting for the owner Clayton to get back to me. I am also putting a complaint in with the better business bureau.
Spread the word about this business and get a storage unit somewhere else!!

Me and the old lady were unloading furniture and it was getting to be a bit to heavy for her, I spoke to one of the workers there and asked him for a quick hand with a few items. Without hesitation he jumped up into the truck and started to help, turns out he was one of the owners! Will definitely use again in the future and would recommend to anyone! Thanks again guys
