I'm a busy mom of 4 young children, one that has mental issues, so let's just say things are crazy most of the time!! I screwed up my appotiment time (off my 2 hours) MY BAD! Sorry for that! She told me they would still see me I would just have to wait.. okay thank you!
So I wait for 20 mins with kids just for the helper to come out and tell me that she won't see me and in order to re book I have to pay 40$$ first .. All I was there for was a refill on my antidepressant that she got me on!! They knew I was out of pills and she couldn't take 2 mins to write my prescription. I just dont understand, seeing as there was no one left in the waiting room and she was already sitting in her office (where she writes her prescriptions). Her lunch was more important I guess... Being a suicidle patient it's obvious she doesn't care about any of her patients..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have pretty crazy anxiety and I'd been on edge after reading a comment from my doctor on a referral to something I had to go to - I called the office and they caught my Dr. in between appointments and immediately alleviated my concern - it's so unbelievably nice when people take that initiative, I would have had a tough time if I was sitting on my concern until my next appt. I really appreciate it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, even when it’s very busy and clearly overwhelming! And Dr. Trollip is a great doctor, very calm and friendly and really puts us at ease, especially as first time parents. We really like this place. Be prepared to wait about 15-30 mins past your appointment time though. Personally, it just tells me that the doctors actually care and take the time with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot even get a hold of reception, I keep getting a pre-recorded message. and then it hangs up. I need to see my doctor, and it is not covid related. Not everything is covid related. jeez so frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called the office to see if the any of the Doctors at the clinic were accepting new patients. The front end staff answered the phone, I asked how they were doing and they responded "fine", I then proceeded to asked my question, she said "not they are not", to which I WAS respoding "okay, no worries, have a wonderful day" and mid sentence she hung up on me.
Come on people, be nice.
