★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people living there are great. No complaints about them. It's the owner of the property. He doesn't upkeep anything. Just to get him to fix anything is a nightmare. If it comes free he might... But if it's going to cost him, you better expect to be waiting a while. But boy oh boy... He's right there with his hand out when it's rent time!
