★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By my observations nothing is being done to improve the place by the owner, a Slumlord reminded me of a Netflix Series *Dirty Money* True facts about how the Rich gets advantage of the less unfortunates.
They get stuck with insane energy bills due to poor isolation and proper heating system.
I'm One of the Lucky One that don't lives in one of his own.
I would do a hell of cleaned up.... LoL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot rent alone is 550 and will increase 2% every year from now on. Youseff will increase lot rent with any fines he receives from the Rcmp for damages to their vehicles. Absolutely awful roads they have no pride in the condition of this park. I complained about the snow and then Youseff blocked my phone number from the company phone and called me on his personal one asking where I live. Very unprofessional. If you move here don’t forget to get rent receipts. You will need them. I would also like to add that we all received notices of increases in lot fees at 2%. My only suggestion would be to seriously look at how "maintained" the park is in winter time. clear roads help with potholes before they occur
