He interrupted me multiple times and tried to convince me of a very serious illness that I obviously didn't have (I did not and still do not meet any of the criteria for a diagnosis of said illness) even though he stated himself that he is unqualified to do so and then prescribed me a medication I did not need. I switched over to Dr. Khumree after two bad experiences with my previous doctor and Dr. Khumree was fantastic. He was very kind and helped me with my concerns. He is the only reason I am giving this place two stars instead of one.
B	Ben Dover on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I call to either book an appointment, or refill a prescription, the reception staff is snobby and horrible- especially Sam, who I unfortunately dealt with today. I’ve spoken to others who also go to this medical office, and they all have had very similar experiences as me. Such a shame. Get new reception staff or treat your patients better.

R	Rachelle Page on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kumery has been a fantastic dr for me, going above and beyond, dealing with my constant compilations as I have a very complicated illness. However, I made a phone appointment last week a d was supposed to call me on this past Thursday at 1pm. I.waited around all day waiting for his call.. he did not call, I then phoned the office Friday morning explaining the situation to the front desk admin, and her response was " I'm not surprised" I explained my situation as it is time sensitive and she said she would write him a e-mail, an I would be getting a call by end of day Friday. Again no call, so I called back friday at 3:30pm.. sat on hold for 25min, then got a recording saying this line does not take messages and the office has now closed! I had to go to a walk in clinic where they ordered some tests and ultrasounds , however the ultrasound place does not open till Monday.. I may have to reschedule my infussion date that is this coming Wednesday, and am really confused and frustrated with this whole situation that could have been resolved had I received the phone call I was booked for.
B	Britteny Hansen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family dr is absolutely amazing! I'm sad we haven't been going here my whole life. Dr. Kelly is very compassionate and LISTENS to all our concerns. Some other reviewers have mentioned the staff at the clinic being abrassive, and while yes I sometimes when I call I get someone who seems to be in a foul mood, I've never encountered this in person. The staff is always very friendly and kind, and i would never let "phone tone" deter me from going to this clinic. I appreciate that they are always diligent in getting me in quickly, and I never have to wait weeks to get in like I have at previous clinics. I would definitely recommend.

I completely understand if you’re having an off day; you’re only human, but every single time I call or have to be called? Along with that; the Doctor is see here doesn’t do pretty much anything except push pills. -Tried to get blood tests and ultrasounds booked and it took months and multiple calls and waiting for appointments that didn’t happen until I had to essentially hound the clinic to get these tests booked. -Figuring out extreme migraines and pushing pills and Botox (real issue was BC as I had been on it for 8 YEARS; and a vitamin D deficiency) -Constantly pushing pills for every minor issue that’s brought up. -Have actively, and still to this day and trying to get an appointment for a surgery that’ll greatly improve my quality of life; but it’s always delayed or forgot about. -No information given other than diagnosis for certain health issues. Literally just stating “You have this, here’s your chances of this.” No further information, side effects, or ways to manage health issues. -No care in health issues by any means; just a want to prescribe medication to patients who specifically ask that medication be a last resort.

L	Lawrence Carriere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't speak for the other doctors (as I've not seen them) but Dr. Andrew Kelly has been my and my 2 boys family doctor for a few years now and we think he's great! I'm comfortable discussing any issue with him and feel listened to. It's a busy clinic but he never makes me feel rushed. He's great with my boys as well. Dr. Kelly is a credit to his profession.
