A big zero as a service I have been waiting for 5 and a half years, people can tell me that I am not classified urgent but it still has a limit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire médecin rencontrée à vie ! J'ai terriblement mal au bras gauche...elle me répond " utilise ton bras droit ! " Quoi ? Des mois d attente pour enfin rencontrer un médecin que je croyais plus intelligent que moi .. et qui me répond des stupidités au lieu de me guérir!!! Encore pire j étais dans une mauvaise passe et elle me prescrit du Lyrica, qui augmente la dépression et les idées suicidaires ! Bravo championne !
Worst doctor met in life! My left arm hurts terribly ... she says “use your right arm!” What? Months of waiting to finally meet a doctor whom I thought was smarter than me .. and who answers stupidities instead of curing me !!! Even worse, I was having a hard time and she prescribed Lyrica, which increases depression and suicidal thoughts! Bravo champion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En plus d'avoir plus d'une heure de retard pour le rendez-vous de ma fille de 6 mois pour une plagiocephalie, il n'y a pas de table a langer dans les salles de bains. Suite a a demande à une employée pour avoir accès à un bureau, une table ou autre pour changer ma fille, j'ai eu comme réponse de la changé sur une chaise dans la salle d'attente qui se situe tout près de la porte (en plein hiver). Réellement pitoyable pour une clinique qui reçoit des bébés.
In addition to being more than an hour late for my 6 month daughter's appointment for plagiocephaly, there are no changing tables in the bathrooms. Following aa request to an employee to have access to a desk, a table or other to change my daughter, I had as response of the changed on a chair in the waiting room which is located very close to the door (in full winter). Really pitiful for a clinic that receives babies.
