★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have never wrote a review before but my experience here was the worst I’ve had with a business. I placed an order, showed up at 3:55 on Wednesday to pick it up and was met by I assume the owner who drove up and told me warehouse was closed. He told me he better find the order in 5 minutes or I’m out of luck. He stomped to the back door telling me there is 10 pallets of stuff to look through and will have to turn on the computers. I said the order wasn’t paid for and is that going to be an issue too? He lost it yelling at me at the top of his lungs and going on about the Covid. I told him that he obviously doesn’t want my business and proceeded to leave as he was still ranting. I suggested it’s time he sell his business as he told me he has done this for 25 years and that was the only thing we agreed on.

I have found their prices are very comparable to the big online companies and you get the benefit of their product knowledge whenever we have had questions about new products.
