D	Diego Dela Vega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very direct in communication. Too much people in between the ones who do the services in the back, and the ones working in the front of the house. I brought in a car that needs servicing, and they wanted me to pay an extra $200 for a bumper piece. They also installed an incompatible headlight, messed up the wiring and now once I turn off the switch, the high beam would activate on the driver side, and when I turn on the high beam, only the passenger side would activate. I tried getting them to rectify the issue but no initial action has come from them. Dimitri seems not needed in this type of work, more like a bureaucratic dongle who has more excuses than solutions, probably the kind of man who can't change a tire. That guy represents this company in a bad fashion. I'm not bringing my valued vehicles here no more, traumatizing experience and a waste of time and money. BUT, the detailing crew is great. Other than that, typical stealership vibe that wants your money and doesn't look out for the best in terms of customer's interest. The best shops in this city are very few, and unfortunately this place seems not one of them. Too bad. You had your chance.

s	s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't told that some suspension parts were worn and not covered by MPI, so they did an alignment anyway without giving me an opportunity to get the parts replaced that wasn't covered so for the first time ever I have paid for a repair and now have to take my car to get it repaired for the stuff they missed.. A lot of elitism. Should have gone to Boyd, but i thought these people were Mercedes experts.. Guess i was wrong. Don't bother calling as they don't pick up or return messages. Don't waste your time like i did. This place is completely mismanaged.. Tried to speak to the GM got nowhere.

I’m a pandemic, when everything seems to happen so slow, they repaired his vehicle in a very timely fashion. They did a beautiful job and he was so impressed with the time they took to meticulously clean his car inside and out. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
