Pinnacle takes the stress out of finding the best candidates for your industrial and skilled labour vacancies. We identify top performers through in-depth interviews, background checks, and customized testing in order to deliver the best candidates to help you meet your operational deadlines. Our specialized recruiting team understands the unique culture and requirements of the manufacturing and production industries. As a result, we work when you work – our office is open from 4:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday and we are always available on weekends to respond to your staffing needs as they arise.
Industrial and skilled trades are integral to our society and present career choices that are very hands-on. These tradespeople turn raw materials into great things, like a carpenter turning a block of wood into a chair, or a construction worker raising a building. They do a great job at preparing you for the interview and are very transparent through the whole process. There was lots of timely feed back and they also had a lot of good information about transitioning from your old employer and preparing your resignation.
Overall, working with Courtney and Pinnacle was a great experience in what could be a very stressful process.
