★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For what it's worth, I am confident that Thrive would have a lot more reviews if there wasn't such a stigma in seeking help for relational and mental health. There is something very vulnerable in saying, "I saw these professionals because I needed help - and they helped me!" So here I am, combating the stigma, because I feel that Thrive deserves it.
My family and I have been fortunate to see a few different therapists at Thrive (depending on our needs at the time).
-Their scheduling system is painless (online booking is imperative when you're struggling!)
-Their rates are extremely reasonable, and if you have insurance even more so - though, double check that the person you're seeing can be covered.
-Their office is inviting, comfortable and warm: There is coffee, water, and even some snacks.
-They are great at what they do. We've had success and growth when working with the skilled therapists here.
Ultimately, we highly recommend seeing them, even if only for a session or two - if you would see a doctor because something is "off" in your body, then why not see a therapist when something feels off in your mind or environment? Healthy people make the world a better place - let Thrive be your catalyst.

They guarantee a 24 hour response time 7 days a week for inquiries, it took three days to get a copy and pasted response to the initial request and haven’t heard back on the second request and the therapist that I wanted to book with doesn’t use the online system. Don’t bother calling or emailing them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend at all. I called and left messages 4 times in addition to 2 emails over the course of 4 weeks and nobody ever contacted me back. After someone finally answered the phone and I was able to book an appointment, I showed up to the appointment and couldn’t get into the building. I received 3 reminder emails so I know that I arrived at the correct place on the date and time specified. I phoned the number indicated on the door to be let in 5 times and nobody answered. After waiting outside for 25 minutes I left. I don’t understand how this business keeps going with this kind of treatment of their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're an embarrassment to the field of therapy. They Don't return calls, counselors are unreliable, unprofessional, cancel appointments and don't call back. Even the director is only worried about moving on to the next dollar signs. These are people who had chosen a career dedicated to helping people who are clearly unsatisfied with their work and only remaining there for the money. Don't put yourself through the grief of contacting them for help in addition to what you're already going through. It'll only make things worse for you and deduct time you could use productively for getting in touch with professional therapists who care about helping people.
*post response update* now you’re going to play the card that I was abusive to your team, I wasn’t even able to SPEAK to anyone in your organization, nobody returns calls. For transparency sake you have my full consent to copy and paste our email communications to this google review if you feel that you were justified and professional in your response to the situation.
Im honestly in disbelief, what a bold statement of you to make claiming I was abusive or disrespectful when you wouldn’t even contact me to speak to me. Last I spoke to your receptionist yesterday I was perfectly respectful and she assured me Sandra (the director) was looking into my situation to see how she could help me. 2 hours later I have a receipt emailed to me for a refund on my payment and no further explanation
