★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have enjoyed living at Pinetree Village for almost eleven years now! Throughout that time, we have been amazed at the professionalism of all of the staff. Presently, we have received new management in the office (Lewis) is his name. Lewis is absolutely amazing in every way. Lewis takes care of all tenant concerns and acts quickly and professionally in dealing with all matters concerning the integrity and maintenance & general overall running of our beloved building and community. I am retired now, but managed for 22 years and also managed the Colosseum Inn, Page the Cleaners, just to mention a few! I know top caliber, professional staff when I see them, and Lewis clearly displays this on every level! What a pleasure living in this wonderful community! Thank you to all the office staff at Pinetree Village for keeping us safe and comfortable. Kindest regards.

Kind and friendly are just the least of your outstanding characteristics. You’re skilled in your field and carry out your duties with such pride. I appreciate your work ethic. Lewis and Ramesh, I’m so happy that you’re apart of the Pinetree Village family. You walk with purpose, and your professionalism is apparent in all that you do. You’re always positive and it feels like you’ve been with us for many years. I’m grateful to the staff from the past and present. Danielle, thank you for keeping the buildings clean and always greeting me with such sincerity. Many thanks to the landscapers, and other cleaners. My gratitude to management for hiring such magnificent staff, and having such great standards. I’ve always felt valued. Thank you Boardwalk.

The new staff member (I believe her name is Danijela, but would love to get this confirmed to give right person their proper dues) was very helpful and made things very easy. It’s great to see people like that in a position such as leasing office agent. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very noisy at night. I've lived here almost a month and there's plenty of noise complaints towards the neighbour above. All you hear every night from 1-4am is people being aggressive towards eachother, fighting, being abusive etc. There needs to be cameras put up around the premises so managers can watch and see what's going on. This place is supposed to be family friendly... I definitely wouldn't recommend this building for a family. If I had known living here would be this chaotic at night I wouldn't have moved here either. I just bought ear plugs to help sleep at night. This is a nightmare.
Other than that, Lewis and Lisa are amazing! Very kind people!

Danijela is incredibly dedicated to the integrity of the building and community, such a pleasure to say hello and whiteness her awesome work and thorough cleaning abilities and gentle nature. Danijela is a Gem and an important staff member of the Boardwalk Community. So awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am beyond confused as to how this place has such good ratings. I lived here for 2 weeks. My suite was right between the rental office and daycare. Constant traffic in the daytime and evenings. People coming and going, yelling at each other, doors opening and slamming shut. The noise from our upstairs and next door neighbours was unbearable. The building itself was extremely loud. I got no restful sleep. It was impossible to live peacefully at this location.
Living room window did not have a proper lock on it. Anyone could have broken in at any time. We put in a maintenance request and they NEVER fixed it. It took TEN days to have the original proposed incentive applied to my account. It took FOUR weeks after we left for them to disconnect my number from the buzzer. I have been getting calls every single day from people trying to buzz in despite not living there anymore.
Staff was always polite, but getting any REAL help was like pulling teeth!! There's a total lack of communication in the office, no respect between neighbours, and with no real benefits or amenities, my God... it's NOT worth it.
*Boardwalk is still a great company to rent with. A lot of their other locations are wonderful. I am sharing my experience about this location specifically.*
