Friendly professional staff, left my dog's there for a month that they took very good care of them

Dog park is excellent for my Rottie whom is unsure of other dogs yet needs a safe place to just run with their human siblings. Would love to see the latches on the gates fixed so I am not always fighting to latch them correctly, would also love to see thr bench area with some patio stones or fencing to stand on, otherwise a great spot for Fido to run.

Today was our first time visiting the dog park there. You call in and book a 30 minute time period to use the park privately for $5. My 3 dogs had a blast running around free. We will definitely be back. Thank you Pinetree Pet Resort for having this park available for our furry family members to enjoy

I brought my long haired cat to Pinetree for her first ever grooming appointment. I was very happy with the experience and the results!

0 stars Be careful complaining. This email got our dog banned. They called months after this and 3 days before his Xmas appointment. No explanation to my wife. “We canceled your dogs appointment” then after being pressed it was because of my rude? Email Good morning I am looking for an explanation as to why my dog Clark came home yesterday looking like a weirdly shaved sheep? The instructions were very clear for him to be trimmed the way he was the last time he was in. The guy who shaved him didn't follow instructions, or seem to care at all that someone was given a haircut they didn't ask for.  The below photo is not my dog and I can't believe this was how foolish he was made to look. I bragged about how amazing your service was the first time and recommended his brothers and any other dog I knew came there. I don't feel that way at all now. Sorry I didn't get back at you sooner. I had to talk to all the staff about this issue. Unfortunately, you are right there was a miscommunication problem and for that we apologize deeply. It is the first time this happens to us, as we keep record of all our clients. The trim that was done on Clark Kent it was half the length and not shaved. We understand if you don't want to come back to bring Clark Kent for grooming at our place. Edit: the exact same thing happened to a family member and their dog the other day. Given photos of how to cut the pup. Shaved him again. Before Xmas and winter. Anyone can reach out to verify proof. I will gladly share to save others

Please DO NOT take your pets here!! I scheduled my cat for a simple grooming and he came home with a limping leg, bleeding over cut nails and a scratch on one eye that was also swollen. The vet now has him on opioids for pain! When we called them to ask what happened the groomer got mad at us and said we had a bad cat who was scratching which is why she cut his nails so deep and that he probably just hurt himself. She yelled at us and said she would just refund and hung up the phone instead of explaining. Keep in mind this was never been a problem and our cat was even on anxiety medication to make the experience smoother. She used force and groomed him instead of calling us to tell us she couldn't do the service. We did get a refund but that is not the issue here. I would never want anyone elses pets to experience this. Horrible experience, appalled that this happened despite all the good existing reviews.

They had no problem charging me a premium for my German Shepard due to his aggression but then they told me they won’t be able to take him in anymore because they can’t handle him!!? People are just way too soft and owning a business like this you’d expect them to be a little professional and know how to deal with all types of temperaments. I’ll happily take my dog to his old kennel that’s further away and don’t recommend this place. The only reason I used their service is because it was closer to my house.

We took our pup there for her 3rd birthday! Shes not the best with other dogs so the fact that we can go in alone and really enjoy the time together is everything to us. We absolutely loved it and will be back! Thank you so much Pinetree!
