She is always so excited to get there and can't wait to get out of the truck into the play area. Tracey's experience and expertise with dogs has always made us and Bailey feel safe and well looked after. Congrats to the Country Haven crew on your 20 year anniversary this year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been bringing our dog ginger to county haven for 4 years, Ginger gets so excited when we turn into the driveway. The exercise and freedom she has is amazing, she needs to rest for a few days when she gets home. Considering other kennels charge extra for walks etc. Tracy is so knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors. I just love the advice I get when Tracy notices or observes something that I might need to address. Thanks country haven for all you do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They must be so popular that they do not need any new business as all aspects of communication were ignored. Completely unresponsive to inquiries/bookings. Hopefully they are more attentive to the dogs than they are to their phone/emails. Good luck booking a stay for your dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tracey is wonderful with people and dogs, and doesn't tolerate bad behavior from either. We are extremely happy to leave our dog with her, and trust her absolutely. She has a great knowledge of the area and is more than happy to share. I'd give more than 5 stars if it were possible, and I post very, very few of these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We LOVE taking our dog(s) here. As soon as we say, “Tracey’s” to our dog, she gets SO excited! As soon as we pull into the driveway our current (and past dogs) would go crazy with excitement. Whether it is doggy daycare-playing with many other dogs, or boarding, we KNOW we can relax knowing they are in fantastic care, with a professional. Tracey is very experienced (she was a trainer with our last 2 dogs) and works diligently to assess dog behavior. Only once she has carefully assessed the dogs, does she carefully socialize like-dogs together. Our current dog is a rescue with some issues. We are her 3rd home. Tracey has been instrumental in assessing her and giving us guidance, which has lead to a beautiful “forever home” relationship. We recommend Country Haven kennels to all of our friends and family. We have been elsewhere (when Tracey was away) and had a horrible experience. Give yourself peoce of mind and your dog an amazing experience...choose this kennel; every time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Country Haven is my Freddie's second home. He is so happy there and Tracey treats him like her own. Tracey is incredible and so is her business. Your dog will be incredibly well taken care of at Country Haven.
She does not allow aggressive or I'll behaved dogs in her care as she is always thinking of the well being of the entire group. I trust Tracy with my full heart!
As for those people not receiving responses, I have never had this issue. She is very busy taking care of our pups. Once you are invited to use her services, there is no issue contacting her. No, she does not allow just any dog to come to her care; she is selective and I like it that way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Country Haven Kennels is the ONLY boarding facility I will take my dogs too . I know my dogs are safe as Tracey carefully screens each dog before they come in. The best part is my dogs love Tracey and are so happy to see her, and just like some kids, don't want to come home when its time.
