Golden Acres Dog Resort

These people love animals and it shows. My great Dane puppy loves coming here for overnight stays as well as doggy play days. It is a great safe environment for dogs to play and socialize.

Great facilities for both daycare and boarding. Staff very friendly and caring for your fur babies. My boy especially loves swimming in their indoor pool! Very controlled environment. I feel safe leaving my dog there.

Corrina and family are so knowledgeable and kind! They are the best boarding place I have ever had my dogs to-can’t wait to see all of the new upgrades and construction! They have bred a superb line of goldens, I have had the pleasure of owning one of their pups and she has always had amazing health and personality! -Looks incredible guys!! This was a great place for pups to be before renovations so I can’t imagine how blessed a furbaby would be to spend time here now! Amazing job guys!

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Golden Acres Dog Resort. They are kind, caring, and communicative. I was always able to check in on my puppy and see how he was doing, especially at the beginning. Our dog Gryph has gone there since he was 4 months old, and is almost a year now on March 1st. Our main goal in sending our dog to doggy daycare was to socialize him and burn off some of his puppy energy. We got exactly what we wanted and more. Our puppy was a little nervous at first being around so many dogs, but he has grown to become one of the most social and friendly dogs I know (maybe I'm a litttttle bias haha) but he's amazing. I owe little of that to the work my partner and I have done in socializing him, and nearly all of it to Golden Acres. If you're questioning whether or not to send your dog - just do it. They have great pricing and it's truly worth every penny. These fur friends are apart of our family and deserve the best. They get nothing short of the best at Golden Acres. I mean they even have a pool for the dogs to cool down and exercise in.. where else would you find that?! I want to mention that for the most part, Gryph attended doggy daycare here, however, he did boarding and grooming here as well. He was always so well taken care of, and they exercised a lot of patience with him, especially during grooming. He had large mats in his ears and was very uncomfortable with anyone touching them. With this being said, they groomed his ears in two sessions, because they didn't want to cause him too much stress. I was extremely grateful for this, as I didn't want him to have a fear of the groomer. He came back looking amazing :) If I could give higher than a 5 star rating I would. We will miss coming here twice a week. We are currently moving to a new town and will need to find a new daycare. We'll be hard pressed to find somewhere even half as good. We can't say enough awesome things about Golden Acres Dog Resort. We've been sending our dog here for almost a year now. We were looking for a kennel that wasn't too big, and would provide an awesome space for our little guy to run around while having a great time socializing with other dogs. The staff are thoughtful and caring, and make sure that every dog gets the attention they need. I would highly recommend this kennel to anyone who's looking for a place where you can send your dog, and leave knowing they're in wonderful and caring hands.

Recently left our dog for a few days and was relieved to find somewhere that he was comfortable. Rick was excellent and great at communicating! Facilities were nice and clean. Moose came home a happy pup! :) will use again and recommend!

Our family cannot say enough good things about Golden Acres Dog Resort, and that is exactly what it is a "RESORT" for dogs!! There is no better day care then this place...Our dog has SO much fun here playing with other dogs. More recently has been enjoying their indoor pool facilities. You can't put a price on not worrying about your dog when you are away, and I can tell you that we NEVER worry about our dogs care with Rick and his family by her side..they are absolutely AMAZING. We are so fortunate to have found them!! See you again soon!!

Moose had an amazing experience at Golden Acres! I really enjoyed the fun picture updates throughout my work day of him running and playing with friends! This was probably the most fun my dog has ever had! Thank you so much cant wait to come back!!
