★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great long and narrow off leash dog park. Good park to choose for a long brisk walk with your dog. Chain link fence along the faster moving road. Has garbages for refuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dogs are protected from the highway #1 due to the fence there but, if you don't have control of your dog on this side of the fence...the animal could run off into the residential easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's far too narrow. It's open to a residential road on one side - nothing to prevent your dog from running out onto the residential road and getting hit. It is fenced so dogs can't run onto 16th Ave - which is really good - but the residential road worries me. It's not a scenic walk - just basic smell and pee space. I really wish it was 4 times as wide - with lots of trees and bushes and fenced on both sides. It would help keep the road noise from 16th Ave away from the residential area - be a much nicer walking area for dogs and people and much safer. This narrow strip was like a afterthought. Not good planning. It could have included a bike/walking path - get more people out enjoying fresh air and exercise. The city needs to plan more beautiful green space.
