★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geoff has been nothing but helpful and accommodating to me and my dogs. He is fair, understanding, and reasonable. I am happy when my dogs come home, they come home tired and drained. For a Beagle and a Husky, it is necessary. Geoff is a guy I can sit down and have a beer with, I’m happy he takes care of my dogs.
Highly recommended. I stand by my words

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking my dogs to Rainbow Pet Care Centre for the last 15 years. There is no other kennel I would ever consider going to. Jeff treats every dog there as his own. He definitely has a soft spot for the bigger breads. My dogs always come home happy and tired. I always wonder if they have had a better time at Rainbow Pet Care, than I have had on my own vacation! It always amazes me when I call to book and I say, “Hi it’s Candice...” and he knows exactly who I am and who my dogs are. He also makes sure to tell me my dogs were the best behaved even though we both know that isn’t true! Their prices are very reasonable and the proximity to Chestermere and east Calgary can’t be beat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After looking into a few different kennels online, Rainbow Pet Care Centre sounded like the best option for our dog, Gus. Gus is a rescue with some behavioural quirks - he has a lot of anxiety, doesn't trust new people, and he loves to play with dogs, but doesn't always get along with them all. I really wanted to find a kennel that would be understanding of Gus' needs as the last thing I wanted was for Gus to leave a kennel more anxious or get into a fight.
When we dropped Gus off, staff recognized how to best interact with him in order to minimize his fear of new humans. When we picked Gus up he seemed so happy and calm! We were told he thrived at the kennel, played so great with all the dogs, and even warmed up well to staff.
Rainbow Pet Care Centre have a good understanding of dog behaviour, are accepting of dog's individual needs, and do their best to ensure the doggos have a great time!
It really eases our minds knowing we can drop him off there again and he will be happy and well taken care of! Gus will definitely be back! :)
