Great value for the money. A pleasure dealing with the sales team of Leslie and Jill as well as the builder's on site team. Had no major issues, and no minor ones they did not happily resolve.

My daughter purchased her new home with this builder. My husband and I have purchased multiple homes from builders over the years - I have to say that Lancaster homes is truely dedicated to ensuring that their customers are happy.

I purchased a new home as a first time home buyer in the Pine River community sub division. Leslie and Jill made my first-time home purchase so easy! - I am an individual that has tons of questions and I like to take time in making decisions - Leslie and Jill were so patient with me throughout the whole process. After taking possession, dealing with the builders was super easy as well. They are flexible and always on time. I had an excellent customer service experience with Sergio, Arthur and Dan. You can tell that they really care about their customers and ensuring that everything is completed with perfection. Everyone is really down-to-earth. I highly recommend this builder to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

From our first visit to Lancaster Homes’ sales office in Niagara Falls, meeting Joshua, Carmela and staff there to our journey to Angus from Toronto to selecting upgrades for our new home, we’ve had a uniquely positive and rewarding experience. Thanks to the dedicated professionalism and focused customer service received from Jill and Leslie at the Design centre we were made to feel especially welcomed and valued. These two ladies were prepared to give their fullest attention, honest advice and professional opinions through every stage of the upgrade process. They patiently ensured we were happily satisfied with our choices even if it meant providing us with additional information and resources to guarantee we got the upgrades desired. For this we are fully appreciative of their efforts. Through every step, we were treated with respect and outstanding customer service. We felt respected and valued. Lancaster Homes is fortunate to have such capable and efficient site representatives. However, the greatest challenge we had was driving up to Angus to select upgrades. We only wished there was a better organized design centre with more selection options closer to Toronto. Nevertheless, we now anxiously look forward to continued valued customer after sales service that will “put a smile on your face”; a promise made by Lancaster Homes. We now patiently expect a high quality well built home we’ll be proud and satisfied to call a Lancaster built home.
