K	Kim Holloway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very caring clinic. Many years ago they saved my cat's life and we will be forever grateful. They are super busy right now but it is worth the wait if you are looking for a caring vet clinic.
D	Don Merson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With 20 minutes until closing and knowing we had an injury that needed immediate medical attention ( a cat with a broken leg and possible other injuries) all they were concerned about was that they needed to close soon. They also told us they had no immediate openings for at least a week. A complete lack of compassion! They should be ashamed to call themselves caregivers. They forget that these aren’t just animals they’re family members! They seemed to be able to move much more quickly earlier this year when they tried to upsell on different types of checkups. It’s obvious what’s more important to them.
T	Tammy Gould on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We showed up on appointment. Was overlooked despite being told otherwise. Waited with a puppy in the parking lot for well over an hour. No biggie right. Would have been fine but then booked for the next puppy appointment and it was to be one day but she booked another. When I called to ask which it should be as the girl entered incorrectly. Jill said, well, everyone has to wait over an hour (we were actually overlooked multiple times) and she said that the day was correct but it was not at all what was asked and confirmed at the counter. This was met with a great attitude from this person. We overlooked waiting because he was looked after but to tell me the incorrect date was the correct one as though I should just accept what it was and that was that and the unprofessional behavior of her was totally inappropriate since they were the ones who made the error and they left us out in the heat for over an hour while we watched five other clients come and go. I suppose we will have to find another vet but this was not a great experience for sure.
d	donna goulding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ì am a new client at this clinic and I have been very welcomed there. My black cat Felix was diagnosed with diabetes the first time I was there. Was not expecting that at all. Ì thought I was going to have to put him down but Dr Pat and Dr Karen convinced me that Felix could live with this disease and that they would help me manage it. My job as a petsitter takes me away from home and I would only be able to do his insulin once a day. The Drs said it would be better than nothing and let's just see how he does. He is doing fantastic. Ì am so grateful to the Drs at Pine Ridge Vet Clinic. Ì still have my Black Beauty and he'll be around for awhile yet!! Here he is with his buddy Yoda.

In particular, we recently had to bring our little girl in with a scratched cornea and Dr. Graham Biggar was exceptionally kind, compassionate and skilled at getting her eye healed. He’s a great asset to an already fantastic team!

The veterinarian performed the most thorough and comprehensive examination on Marlee and spent a great deal of time going over her health history and treatment options with me. The staff were very personable and provided excellent customer service.

About 2 years into living in Cobourg I had the pleasure of owning 4 cats during my time here and Pine Ridge has cared for all of them. I had my first experience with them with my senior cat Delilah and then also now with my young cats Cosmo and Rosie. Everyone that works at Pine Ridge is so nice and caring for the people and animals that come through their doors. Dr.McKenzie has been my primary vet since I started coming to the clinic and I have always been happy with her care but also trust everything she has to say. I never feel pressured into any types of treatments, and I’m always given alternative options as well. They provide amazing care and make sure they are proving the best care for all their patents. I am always referring people to Pine Ridge because I am just so amazed and thankful for everyone that works there. Thank you Dr.McKenzie and everyone else for proving our fur babies with the best care possible
