What a gem of a store. Fantastic selection of old school treats and new things as well. Gifts and games also. Friendly staff.

If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place to go. There are so many different flavors to choose from & the staff are friendly. Even the pickiest eater will find what they're looking for!!

Customer service extremely worst. Made some purchase 2 days ago with another family with kids. PAID over $50 and get yell at. A woman was yelling at all the kids, tell the kids to get out from the store. Parents were going in to spend their money because of the kids, kids want it parent buy for them. She was saying that the kids was disrespect to others. HOW? Kids were curious, seeing different variety of candy in front of their face, they want to look, touch and eat. I am sure that if parents SEE their kids trying to touch the candy, they will ask their kids to not touching or eating them without paying. She really owe an apologize to my son, after she yelled at my son to "OUT" from the store. I did argue with her and I talked to my son about eating without paying. My son told me that he really didn't eat anything out from the container, he only open the lid and look at it, then he look at the jelly beans too...... I am sure that what she saw my son chewing in his mouth is what I PAID for already. As you open a candy shop in a shopping mall, you will need to admit that KIDS were your majority customer, they were the one to ask their parents to spend money in your store. Why can't you talk to the parents nicely before you yelling at the kids. (Kids will got scare by yelling from others adult.) Another bad attitude was given to me while I have a discussion with her about my son, she was mentioned that she work at the store whole day and she remember my kids came in 2 times and she asked them if they need a bag to buy anything at the 1st time which the kids haven't answer them, because I was with them both times when we were entering the shop, I told them not to buy anything before we leave the mall. The 2nd time we go in is making purchase because we were leaving the mall at that time. I PAID $40 to buy candy and ask her to give me another bag for my 2 kids to hold their candy on their own. She gave me 1 white plastic bag which is not the one have printed their company name on. Then my kids were fighting on the nicer bag, so I ask the other staff to exchange it with me. Can't believe the rude lady who yelling at kids said to her staff Rude woman : " I gave her that white bag by purpose." Staff : "She asked me by purpose" Can't believe that attitude was serve to their customers. Pine & Fancy Sweet Memories = Pine & Fancy BAD Memories. Don't judge people because they were from other country, don't use your thought to fit into others, even a customer come in for just browsing without purchasing, customer is always right. I don't think every people coming in your shop will make a purchase and mess around as you think.

Good selection of candies that you cannot find in Canada, some cute imported toys and knick knacks. The prices are higher than I prefer to pay on a regular basis, but it's good for a special treat now and then. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which I appreciate!

Pine & Fancy is THE best place to get candy!! Nostalgic candy and candy from around the world. All kinds of Pez collectibles. Stuffed animals nostalgic toys and new ones. I absolutely love this store!

I need to be careful when I come in here! The nostalgia and sugar are delightfully overwhelming. The workers are always friendly, and there is such a variety of old and new sweet treats. Highly recommend this place.
